Youth

Our Vision for Youth

We envision a generation of empowered, innovative, and responsible young Ugandans who are actively driving sustainable development in their communities. We believe in unlocking the potential of youth as agents of positive change, economic growth, and social cohesion.

Key Challenges Faced

Unemployment & Underemployment

Limited formal job opportunities and a mismatch between skills and market needs.

Limited Access to Capital

Difficulty securing startup funding for business ideas due to lack of collateral or credit history.

Information Gap

Insufficient access to career guidance, mentorship, and information on opportunities.

Social Pressures

Vulnerability to substance abuse, early sexual activity, and involvement in crime or idle groups.

Limited Civic Participation

Feeling excluded from decision-making processes at local and national levels.

Health, Wellness & Safe Spaces

Youth: The Digital Architects of Tomorrow

The youth of Eastern Uganda are not waiting for the future—they are building it. Armed with digital skills, creativity, and entrepreneurial drive, they are turning challenges into opportunities, ideas into enterprises, and potential into progress. From agri-tech innovators to global freelancers, this generation is proving that with the right tools, there is no limit to what they can achieve. The digital frontier is theirs to shape.
